Norfolk ArtsWave is a foundation dedicated to celebrating the diverse cultural riches of the town, including its music, arts, crafts, foods and historical sights. A subcommittee of the Economic Development Commission, ArtsWave strives to present a multi-genre festival each year to showcase these riches and to encourage patronage of the arts.
